Crossfire are proud to be partnering with P&K McKaigue on the prestigious QUB Chaplaincy Project on Elmwood Avenue, Belfast.
This landmark development combines the complexity of a major refurbishment with the scale of a significant extension. Once complete, it will deliver a beautifully refurbished chapel, flexible multi-purpose spaces, and modern admin and office areas on the ground floor — along with 42 state-of-the-art student studio apartments across the first, second, and third floors, including newly constructed wing extensions.
Crossfire are delivering expert fire stopping solutions throughout the project, utilising industry-leading Nullifire systems to ensure safety, compliance, and long-term performance.
