The Loft Lines Project is a landmark development situated in the heart of Belfast's Titanic Quarter. This ambitious project aims to create a vibrant, mixed-use community, featuring residential, commercial, and recreational spaces. The development will offer approximately 778 apartments, including a mix of one, two, and three-bedroom homes, as well as studio apartments. The project is set to be completed by summer 2026, making it a key part of Belfast's urban landscape with modern living spaces, stunning views, and state-of-the-art amenities.
Crossfire has been involved from the early stages of the Loft Lines Project, providing essential Pre-Construction Consultation to Graham and the wider project team. Our team worked closely with the project stakeholders to ensure that all service penetrations were compliant with the fire stopping tested details. This included attention to service spacings, service supports, and letter box openings, ensuring the highest standards of safety and compliance.
We are installing Quelfire Products as part of our passive fire protection strategy. Quelfire is renowned for its high-quality fire stopping solutions, and their products will ensure that the Loft Lines Project meets all necessary fire safety standards. By using Quelfire Products, we are confident in delivering robust and reliable fire protection throughout the development.
To guarantee clean continuity throughout the site, Crossfire completed a sample benchmark. This benchmark serves as a reference point, ensuring that all installations meet the rigorous standards set forth at the project's inception.
