Our Team

Finbar is the managing director of Crossfire Specialist Contracts Ltd and has over 25 years’ experience within the construction industry. Some of the most memorable projects Finbar has worked on are:

• Bewley’s Café, Dublin
• Moneypoint Power Station, Clare
• Q House, Dublin

Outside of work, Finbar enjoys mountain climbing and road cycling.

Andrew joined Crossfire as Finance Manager in 2015. 

Having over 15 years experience of financial management and procurement, Andrew works closely with the senior management team on the internal operations of the business. 

Outside of work Andrew enjoys walking, going to the gym and spending time with his family.  

Darren has been with Crossfire since 2015 and is the Contracts Manager in UK and NI. Darren has over 20 years working in the construction industry and some of Darren’s most memorable projects are: Omagh Local Enhanced Hospital, Oban House, Croydon, City Quays 3. 

Outside of work, Darren enjoys horse racing and spending time with his family. 

David has been with Crossfire since 2016 and is the Contracts Manager in the Republic of Ireland. David has over 20 years within the Passive Fire Protection Industry and some of David’s most memorable projects are:

• Q House, Dublin
• Ashbrook Apartments
• The Exo Building, Dublin

Outside of work, David enjoys rugby, motorsport and spending time with his family.

James originally joined Crossfire in 2016 working as a fire stopping operative. After completing his MSc in Fire Safety Engineering at Ulster University and spending a few years at Ireland's leading fire consultancy, James returned to Crossfire in 2023.

Some of James' most memorable projects include:

• SKY VIP Area in the SSE Arena 

Outside of work, James enjoys all sports, including golf, football and long distance running.
